Access and Advertisements

Accessing JMMLA

While the MMLA no longer sells annual subscriptions to Journal of the Midwest Modern Language Association (JMMLA), the journal’s scholarly articles and book reviews remain accessible in a variety of ways.

  • First, electronic access to all current and past issues of JMMLA as well as its predecessor publication, the MMLA Bulletin, is a benefit of MMLA membership:  once members log in to their accounts, they will see under this website’s “Journal” menu the tabs to select for viewing recent and archived issues.
  • Second, Project MUSE distributes the most recent issues of JMMLA, and back issues are available through EBSCO and JSTOR; please check to see if your library subscribes to any of these distribution services.
  • Finally, print copies of recent issues can be ordered at this web page.
